Stayed in this hotel in late October 2018. Stayed solo, but I had friends staying in other rooms. The hotel itself is huge and the facilities are well organised. Took a few times to figure out how to get from the entrance to the room.
Highlights:
- Great buffet spread. Good variety.
- Great facilities.
- Bar right in the pool!
- Quick access to Patong area, lots of restaurants and bars. Plenty of activities to be enjoyed nearby.
Lowlights:
- Presumptive staff who talked to me as if I was there for Phuket's red light attractions (and thus giving me a talk about additional rate for 'guests')
- I left behind two polo shirts. I KNOW I left them behind because I realised it on my transit. When I called they couldn't find it. Disappointing as travelers can forget and leave their personal belongings behind.
- Very loud and obnoxious (drunk) guests in the pool area. Not the problem of the hotel, but it made everyone else very uncomfortable. A guest behaviour policy would be a good start.
