comfortable.. bad booking service

the hotel is clean and room is spacious... is quiet and good to rest
I arranged with them my transfer to Koh lanta, they said I could pay later as I have done in many other places, but the night before departure they told me my booking was canceled and I had to pay a private taxi for 5500 bath....the previous ticket was 900 bath...

so I had to take a cab for 600 bath to the pier and paid another 900 bath for the ferry ticket...
you cant rely on their booking and they dont speak good english so is hard to comunicate

Rooms clean and tidy with daily room clean. staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lady on reception Wana nothing to much trouble for her. She was excellent

Room was alright,very close to where I needed be
There were no staff at the counter when I checked in possibly because it was around 9 pm
