Stay over in Udonthani

Value for money. It's still possible to find hotels at a reasonable rate if you are happy with the basics: good bed with clean sheets, warm shower, cable tv, fridge. No frills but if we're outside all day, that'really all we need. No breakfast, but Udonthani is not just any place: you can try out local breakfast in several 'famous' restaurants. Favorites are: kao piaek, joke & gai khatta. If you like a cup of coffee in the morning, try caffee boraan. It all an enriching experience. Don't be afraid to go local in Udon. It's still my most favorite city in Thailand.

Good night sleep!
Quiet, not far from center. No laundry service but there is a laundry shop-not far away. No hair dryer-so there is chance to visit beauty salon nearby. Good parking for cars.

in this dy and age blackouts should be minimal not here electric off for hours on 2 days, not good enough, why No backup generator??? I have one at my home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
