Booked a 6 night stay and immediately left after one night- with no refund at all.
The room was extremely noisy to the point that we felt the bass (physically) and no ear plug could help.. and it went on until 4AM when the music was replaced with drilling and banging from a construction site nearby.
If that wasn’t enough, our shower drain was clogged and the bathroom was flooded after one use.
We booked the most expensive room, a large room with a balcony and tub which were both useless as the balcony had no charm or view (besides a 7 eleven sign) and the bathtub was old, disgusting, and the water hardly worked.
After suffering through a sleepless night, we kindly asked the staff if there was any way we could get some of our money back and they were not helpful at all.
DO NOT BOOK If you want to sleep. Ever.
It was so bad that we preferred to throw our money in the trash and ended up booking a new hotel.
P.s. forgot to mention that the mini fridge didn’t work either. Milk went straight to the trash..
