Worst Hotel of Koh Samui

It's the craziest thing I ever it like they did heard from the Hotel staff that I have to inform them about my time of arrival else they will offer my pre-booked to someone else and claimed the money from Agoda too.
They refused to offer me the room for Day 1 and 2 booking and after some arrguments they offered me the room for day 2 that too after keeping me in lobby for 4 hours. They offered me like its some sort of favour.
They are corrupt and greedy. Don't book here.

Don't stay here

Very angry
Bad attitude from the manager. We booked in Agoda and not in the hotel so the manager looked for a way to charge from us money. We recommend not to book here.
