Nice location, nice hotel with good staffs specially in reception.

The mattress is very hard, water stucks in washroom upon shower, extracharges for pillows something weird as in other hotels there's no charges for it, staffs in swimming pool area a bit rude, have to teach them how to behave with hotel guests properly
Otherwise, hotel location, food and others good.

Overall good
New hotel located near Central Festival. Breakfast buffet for height more than 100cm need to buy voucher 100 bath. Simple breakfast served. Swimming pool is cleanliness, my kids very enjoy it.

Thin Walls
Noise from other rooms is easily heard. The staff does not speak English, however, they did change my room after rude guests did not quiet their children.
