A failure to communicate

I booked the Pinehurst for the golf as it was a course for high handicap players wide fairways. No so, it is as difficult as any other course. When I arrived, only English speaking, there was almost no information about the resort in English. The resort is run down and needs at least a coat of paint. It was like a motel in the 1970s, but the room were clean and the bed and linen good, there was a kettle in the room but nothing to use, such as coffee or tea or milk. No free Wi-Fi, you have to pay for your Wi-Fi and it is clunky and almost useless. My iPad would not automatic really connect to the Wi-Fi. The staff are good and willing to help but the management needs a lot to be desired. If you are only English-speaking, this is not a place for you!
