Perfect area, the hotel is quiet new and you will feel at home. Facilities are nice, the swimming pool is a bit small but enough to relax with a beer after an island excursion day. Really appreciated the room service, first time I can find a Ricard alcohol room service, worth all the room service at Patong. Disappointed by the check out which tooks up to 15/20min. They should anticipate the minibar / room service charge from last day.

We booked penthouse suites in the highest floor, the picture showed in here is a city view outside the penthouse garden, but the hotel blocked the city view by fence, so we can see nothing. It’s a pit... อ่านต่อ

Worst hotel I had ever stayed!!
Security staff was very rude and arrogant. Room is very small and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Not worth valued for money! Never stay at this resort again!
