Needs knowledgeable staff

Arriving late at night and I still need to wait for the housekeeping to check my room. Key card, registration card not printed out prior to my arrival. Takes 15 minutes to get the room ready!!!! This night shift guy, i called him Mr I don't know. Didn't know the closing time of the bar at roof top, didn't know about the any good eatery place, didn't know the airport train schedule and he spoke like a robot with a monotonous voice. Disallow me to get two key cards as not all couple will come back or go out at the same time. I think bathroom and toilet bowl piping are the same as it always smell shity when the bathroom is wet or after toileting. Asking for any possibility to arrange a birthday cake for my partner and I would paid but the suggestion was decline. This hotel just want to the guests to pay to stay and unable to provide any other service. Only one umbrella in the hotel. I am not comparing this hotel with a luxury hotel but basic courtesy and anticipation needed
