Overall OK
Everything is OK however I have had a disappointed in the check in and check out processes. Arrived late evening with a baby (sleeping in my wife’s arm) - only one customer service at desk and it took close to 30 minute to process the check in which is very painful for us especially traveling with a toddler after long flight and traffic (Bangkok jams!), firstly the customer service could not find the reservation and had me to send a copy of Agoda’s booking confirmation to their email address (twice!), also got interrupted by other guests time to time during the check in, I was a bit disappointed as he just simply ignoring me (which I came first) and serve other guest as his main priority, one he was jumping the booking process me to serve Thai guests and Chinese guests! Feel bad to my wife for holding my 2 years old on her arm during the check in. In regards to check out process, I handed out swipe card and a lady at desk told me to wait as she was using a walkie talking to someone to check the room and I was told everything is fine, so I booked out a taxi via Grab and the taxi arrived but suddenly the lady at desk stopped me to go as I was told that they are missing a towel and was suspecting me that I stole the towel, my wife said to them location of the towel but the cleaner seems could not locate after 5 mins then my wife was running upstairs to room to locate the towel! Very unpleasant experiences! Unfortunately due to the above events I may NOT choose this hotel in the future, although the location is perfect as close to Chinatown.
