Just normal

Location is good beside Bts (Nana) station. Room is clean that it . This hotel is a non smoking property so for those smoker you have to drop by at the lobby or at the pool only and is really not convinent for smoker. Staff not helpful during arrive and depart not even one come to offer you with your luggage and greet you at the lobby and receptionist just go through the process for checking in and checking out. Only the poolside staff was warm and friendly.
