Everything is amazing, customer service is impeccable. I requested a cot, when it arrived I was blown away, good quality sturdy cot, complete with a set of blanket and pillow and side cushion, and baby talc powder and lotion, and the day after housekeeping, they left a unicorn soft toy for my daughter. How amazing is that! At the reception whenever we are waiting for taxi or simply waiting for friends, the staff were so warmth towards our friendly cheeky daughter, they even gave her her first bracelet and necklace! and on the last day before we left, they fed her a delicious muffin, she was absolutely smitten and spoilt. the room is so big and clean, separate bathtub, toilet and shower, huge spaces for storage, and a coffee maker with daily refills should you need. the swimming pool is very big, perfect for laps and kids. can't fault, everything is perfect. would return if i'm in bangkok again, and strongly recommend to friends and anyone!
