Lovely hotel located in Patong and just a couple of minutes to the beach. We booked here last minute after a poor experience at our pre Booked resort. Check - in was a smooth experience. We were looked after by the guest services manager Lon who did a wonderful job and was patient enough to show us through a few different room types. The relax room was not overly large but big enough to accomodate us and was decorated beautifully. The decor is very eclectic which is a nice touch. The roof top pool was nice, remembering this is a hotel and not a resort. The weather was patchy so we didn’t spend a huge amount of time around the pool anyway. Service I’m the Butchers Garden restaurant was top class as was the food and drink. Breakfast has some great touches as well, making it extra special. We also had a lunch and a dinner there and were very happy.
