Very uncomfortable vibes, very noisy rooms, extremely poor housekeeping

Staff and supervisors at reception desk are stressed out, slow and hardly understand a word of English. Housekeeping is even worse and doesn't match what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
The overall atmosphere is quite tense and you can feel that from the moment you walk in. Be warned that trivial things can easily turn into incredibly big issues here which will leave you wondering whether they're actually being serious. That's definitely not something you want to go through when you're on holidays and trying to relax. Stay well away from this hotel.

Absolutely love our stay at Hotel Indigo!

No five star hotel !
