Great location with nice facilities

Pros:
-Good location The hotel isn’t too far from the beach, taking 20 minutes walking from the hotel to Terminal21 shopping mall or taking a local bus; only 10 baht all the way!
-Convenience There is a minimart located nearby the hotel, just in case you wanna grab some snacks or beers. You can go there and 24-hour open.
Super clean -The hotel has just recently opened so everything looks new with great conditions. The bathroom has lots of mirrors around so it’s pretty cool!
Cons:
-Breakfast Unfortunately, the breakfast package didn’t impress me as I expected it to be. I wish to have more than just an American-basic-breakfast but the food line doesn’t have a lot of options... Plus, the rice I had during my stay was pretty dry and seemed uncooked and the coffee wasn’t that hot. Just left it for awhile and it turned cold. Trying to order an omelette but the cooker didn’t even look at me... called her a few times but no luck.. so I missed a chance to have one! :(

Recommended for the price
Considering the cost, the rooms are clean, quite location. Didn't like the fact the fitness center is only open from 7pm till 8pm. It should be 24hrs.. Room service and hotel food is a bit average th... อ่านต่อ

存在欺骗消费者的行为
和我在agoda上订的房间不一样，窗户只有小小一面，阳台也很小小。在退房的时候，居然告知我房间有一厅啤酒打开了，要我们买单！但是我们根本没在房间里打开任何消费的物品。莫名其妙，还跟我说那会是谁？昨天晚上只有你们住在那个房间。很气愤，如果我们打开喝了房间内需要消费的啤酒我们绝对会买单，但是我们都没有碰的消费却需要我们来买单，态度还很不好，脸色很轻蔑！不会再选择入住！想投诉这家酒店！
