Nice resort but can be much better

Wonderful location away from all the tourist areas and great for young children . The water park is great for kids who are active and love playing in the water
However the housecleaning needs to be improved out flat when receiving it was not cleaned and even after the frist day house cleaning only arrived around 6:00 pm which is really not ideal
Also requests made on agoda were not prepared such as crib and large bed instead of two twin beds . Small things such as this lead to a less enjoyable stay
The facilities in the room also need some renovation as the bathtub didn’t work and had to be drained manually as the plug was stuck and also unfortunate case of 2 hrs power outage
Overall would recommend but there is quite a lot of room for improvement
