Quite new a bit inconvenient

The hotel is located near Phuket old town but you really need to walk a bit (10 minutes or more) under hot sun (daytime) and crossing a couple of quite high speed roads before getting to a restaurants (tips: Avoid the seafood restaurant opposite road though, the foods were horrible ). We have young kid and old folks so walking distance was a challenge but was regretted getting to that big seafood restaurant . At night there’s really nothing nearby hence 7-11 became our favourite shopping place ...
This hotel serves bread and coffee / tea in the morning . No restaurant in the hotel. Swimming pool is small and looked a bit dirty . Interior design is nice with industrial look (I.e. raw cement ceiling and steel pipe toilet roll holder) . Room a bit gloomy though LED bed light (that looks like a banana holder) is provided . Still, room a bit dark for reading .
Air conditioner and water heater are new and nice. Staffs were average . Taxi service was so so and tend to be late.

Better hotel option
Hotel charge for xtra pillow request. We will not happy and highlited this to the Management. We managed to get refund for the pillow. The charges will for 130 baht each pillow. Extra room key need de... อ่านต่อ

everything was new and clean, good situation in the heart of phuket city, parking and nice pool on the terrace. the rooms are beautiful and clean, nice place to be if you visit phuket.

Location is 5-10min near to center. just enough to be quite. swimming is near, rooms are near and tidy.

Wonderful hotel!
Nice hotel with beautiful swimming pool in the roof top; near the old town; comfortable bad and clearest room!Breakfast is included: toasts, cookies and coffe/tea.
