Nice but confined

There was no hot water when I arrived, the staff and manager especially were argumentative saying it was as hot as it needed to be and that the couldn't do anything about it. But eventually the manager offered to fix it the next day and he very kindly did. Otherwise the place was pretty good. The room was spaceoius and nicely decorated and the breakfast was good enough. However the hotel itself is on rather a small plot of land so the gardens and pools are in shadows most of the day.
