Poor service of front staffs !!!

Front staffs had no service mind. Speaking manner was very poor. No smiling on her face. Noisy during the early morning. Hot water shower not work properly. Despite the sign smoking not allowed in the room, strong smoking smell all over the bathroom. Very disappointed for this boutique hotel.

No windows

Clean small boutique hotel but nice deco.
