Well located spot to overnight in Mae Sai

Pleasant enough place to stay in Mae Sai. Close to the border crossing and the Songteaw stop to the bus station is literally right out the front.
It's not the most exciting place you will stay, but for the money there is zero complaints; room is clean, decent bedding, fridge, Western bathroom, and opposite the Mae Sai market.
If I have to do a visa run to Mae Sai again and want to break up the trip I will definitely stay here again.

Good location
