The hotel is really nice and clean with a nice swimming pool and is in a good location, within 20 minutes walk of Khaosan Road. It was relaxing to stay there.
I found a last minute deal on Agoda, but when I arrived at the location, one of the staff members was rude and stated it was only booked for one person and so we were forced to pay extra for the extra person and told to take it up with Agoda if there were any issues.
Thankfully, Agoda dealt with the issue well and refunded me the money, however the hotel did not deal with the issue well and behaved quite rudely.
The only other down side was the breakfast, which was not nice at all and not worth the money. It was very basic and small and the hot food was left out all morning uncovered and was not heated well, so it was cold.
