When we arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed to be unaware that there would be guests checking in (as they asked what we were doing there), in which we replied, we were there to check in. The thing that disappointed us the most was, the staff member did our check in, in a very rushed manner (as if she was uncomfortable to talk to us), handing us the keycard WITHOUT escorting us to our rooms or showing us around the hotel or introducing the facilities. Upon arriving in our room, there were sticky spots on the floor (around the bed and living room area), which we informed the staff and they were able to move us to a different room instead. We understand that during these Covid times, hotel service may not be 100% ready however, we were disappointed with the low level of attention and care during our stay.
