A very nice hotel, new, very clean with helpful staff. A nice breakfast during these difficult times. well done.

The biggest disappointment is the staff. For such a nice hotel, their idea of hospitality and customer service is terrible. Don't expect a greeting or even a desk person on arrival. The customer doesn't seem to be they're top priority. The owner treats it like her own personal club house for her and her friends, so entertaining friends seems to be more important. That being said, it is probably the nicest and most modern hotel in town. They do have a pool and a gym. The rooms seem to be clean and nice. They try to save money, so they keep the lights of in the hallways and in the public bathrooms downstairs. I asked the front desk where the bathrooms in the lobby were and the attendant told me but didn't seem to think lights were important, so I had to go back out and ask for them to be turned on. The karaoke bar on the first floor can be heard on floors above. Stay for the modern rooms but don't expect real guest service because the staff doesn't appear to be trained.
