We asked to change and successed up to the fifth floor and need 2 room near or opporsite. The propperty landlord accepted the bad smell and move to higher. It seem very lucky as one twin bed and one suit room. We found another problem again after dinner in the suite room was very noisey as some mortor working, air condition not cold as the temp reduced to 16 degree. Then it was changed again to twin beds room about 10:30pm with non noicy. Breakefast was poor not match with the cost of roomrate if comepaire with the same amouth we paid in Vietnam , Cambodia or Loas. Staffs or even I paid in Washington DC or New York, Penang, Malasia or countries nearby. So, I won't reccomend to any single one.
