New & Value for Money

Firstly the front desk manager Jinda was wonderful, everytime we saw her she gave us a happy smile. All the staff were very friendly. The resort is new so very clean, we could not fault anything breakfast had so much to choose from, the pool on the roof was great, the gym was absolutely amazing and the position of the hotel was perfect for Patong, walk down one street and you were at Patong beach walk up another st and you walked to Joycelon shopping centre. We had a great week in Patong. It is cheaper to book with Agoda then book directly with the hotel. Happy holidaying.

不错的服务态度，步行至中心点需要20分钟。步行到沙滩五分钟就可以。天台的泳池比比较细。总体评价80分。

性价比差，卫生不好
我预订了包早餐，结果我入住时告知我不包含早餐，经过多方面沟通，吃早餐加收500铢一个人一个早上，本来都已经是四五百人民币住房费，我真无语，自己只能吃哑巴亏。入住时前台员工态度不好，看不起人那样，房间小，卫生差，房间用品用完也补及，真心不推荐
