Great Hotel, excellent staff, but a few things you should know LOL
Pros: exceptional staff, new hotel and fantastic rooftop pool. This hotel is close to being exceptional.
Cons: Air conditioning is
terrible and
without a few tweaks I will tell you about you'll be frustrated as it never gets cool enough. You need to keep the door closed for a full day, anytime you open the slider it resets to 25, and the room is hard to keep cool. I didn't have my room cleaned during my stay because the ladies keep the door open and all of the AC runs out, necessitating another full day to cool down. They don't offer blackout curtains, so I had them add a set to help me sleep as I am in a different time zone and getting up with the sun wasn't in my vacation plans.
The king size bed is two twin beds put together and for a four star hotel, they are quite uncomfortable. Also the shower flooded the floor every time I used it
Conclusion: with a few modifications I was able to make this a wonderful experience. Thank you so much to Wit and Som, and the staff.khob kun krup.
