Small rooms / poor service

We stayed there with 2 friends (2 couples) for 2 nights in Jan19.
The hotel looked nice on the pics but it is located close to a very loud street and the rooms are very tiny.
The aircon is directly aiming on the bed and lacks options to be adjusted very low = a good cold might be guaranteed.
We left the hotel at 10.30am to go to the beach iand turned the „please clean room light“ on at the door. When we came back in the late afternoon the room was still not made up and when calling the house keeping department no excuse for this was made = seems to be normal procedure there.
All in all i would rate this a 3-star hotel with bad service which has nothing in common with other Dusit (Thani) hotels which i stayed at before.

Worth every penny!!! 😍
Staffs were super friendly,helpful throughout my stay there.location is superb! Near to everything! Swimming pool oh soo lovely! Me & my family loves it soo much! Wish to be back there soonest! 😘
