OUTSTANDING; best service in Thailand

The team went above and beyond to help: again and again.
I was stranded on the highway by a rogue taxi driver who was trying to scam me for money.
I got in touch with the hotel (this is before Agoda finished processing my order, that means that before even sent my booking through), and the GM came in her car to pick me up from the side of the highway. WOW what wonderful service.

Amazing
Absolutely amazing stay at Varivana. Enjoyed every part of my stay, wish I could have stayed longer. Staff were so polite and freindly.

GM and staff incredible

Best place to stay in Koh Phangan
Staffs so friendly especially Ms.Carol she’s care about the guest and beyond expectations. The hotel is really nice as well and we will definitely come back.

Nice hotel in the middle of the nature with view of the sea and the sunset
Very nice stuff, fantastic rooms with spectacular view, really good breakfast, very cool infinity pool - there was really nothing to complain. So thanks for the nice stay we had an keep going this way... อ่านต่อ
