New and value for money hotel!

Cozy spacious lobby and friendly staffs. However, no staff at reception after 10pm and main entrance by keycard access only. Son wanted to go buy supper but we wanted to stay in the room so either go out together or stay in the room together. Since they collect deposit 200baht for keycard, should be flexible to issue more than one card upon request. About 10mins walk to Thalang road and away from busy street but poor sound proof and no lift. Big spacious family room but a pity no dressing table for lady to do makeup and not even one hook in the bathroom to hang anything. Bear in mind very low ceiling (maybe 1.9m only) and twice I hit the ceiling when trying to stretch my arms. Avoid breakfast as outsource. Food delivered to hotel at 7.30am though microwave oven available to heat up but food not nice.
