Centrally located hotel close to nightlife

Hotel is ideally located. close to virtually everything. Friendly staff. My room is on the 2nd floor and need to carry up the luggage. Elderly may find it inconvenient. Room is big with day bed but looks old and need refurbishing, same goes for the pool. TV is not flat screen and quite small. Shower head seems faulty and water doesn't flow nicely.
