keep returning

The welcome I received upon arrival as a returning guest was much appreciated. The first evening as I was in reception I casually mentioned a slight difficulty I had with seeing steps. I thought nothing of it, but immediately upon reaching my room from reception, I had a phone call from the reception manager showing his concern for me, however, I was able to assure him I would be alright even though I was on the first floor. Also at another time I saw the dining room lady manager was helping another guest who had been unwell and she made sure she had suitable medicine which she bought from the chemist for her and daily made sure the guest was O K . These situations show how caring the hotel staff are. The hotel itself is well laid out and even though it is close to Chaweng main street the sound is not heard.
