Good and quiet location

Location was just outside patong beach, walking about 10mins to Soi Bangla, minimart beside, a few decent massage parlours and a few restaurants. Room was huge, only problem was that the room balcony was obstructed by a huge power cable and stand. Water heater was a problem. other den that room was good. At night you can open the balcony door and hear the waves, very soothing. Day time you can watch the activities on Patong beach from far.
Pool was abit problematic as the tiles overheat very quickly and trying to get into the water was an issue. But the view from the top was great. Only if they have the restaurant and a bar upstairs beside the pool would be better. Try avoid carrying big luggages as there are quite a number of stairs to climb. Overall a decent hotel.
