Rude, did not get the room we asked for! Food was yummy sometimes and horrible at other times
Depending on the cook food was horrible sometimes! Staff was rude! Safe didn’t work, elevator didn’t work at times!

Excellent hotel to chill, but poor location
Best hotel in general for my Phuket trip, the design really let you chill down. Only problem is that it's too far from the Patong Centre - Bangla Walk

Nice rooms but could be better
The rooms at Patong were big and luxurious, however the floor was dirty despite housecleaning
