All because of Patong beach

A very normal 3 stars hotel, nothing special except opposite Beach. booked the Superior Twin Sea View with Breakfast, but they give me a side sea view(less than 20%). title showed "with Breakfast", but hotel voucher showed breakfast not included.

Looks ok but not value for money
We stay for two nights, feel really disappointed. the aircon so loud and not working so well, WiFi is so slow, even can not open one pdf file. staffs are not friendly ！
