Rude Staff

Very rude staff. Service was unsatisfactory. Had to check out on time which is too early at 11am. Mineral water is subject to additional pay. All the extra hospitality have to paid. I've pay for extra person but no extra bed as promised. Very bad english language and please do not rude communications with customer. Overall, this hotel is only making money not customer satisfaction.
