Big & clean hotel room but hotel under renovation

Big hotel bedroom & bathroom. Hotel under renovation & only have simple buffet breakfast with toast, eggs, ham & fruit which is good enough. Bad experience to deal with receptionist when check out. (1) Special deal of late check out with extra charge which checked in the morning, lady reception turn out disagree her quote & asked for more. After negotiate, she kept her words. (2) charge beer which never consume, after argued & she knew about her mistake
So, remember to ask reception when he/she guide to room & proven about corrective beverage at fringe. Very risky!
