A lot to like but the details disappointed.

Hotel is managed by locals. So international terms and conditions may not apply for service. Service can be improved. Especially in terms of flexibility. Hotel is under construction and some part of the hotel is not child proof. There are some broken glasses near the hotel rooms. Some corridor is not protected from side wall. Children can just fall 1.5meter down from it. The balcony is not child proof. Children can fall from second story. Layout is not well thought out and need to walk a long way to hotel room. The pool played loud music and pool front room will not be quiet for rest. Bath tub was dirty but room was okay. On the good side. The pool is attractive and fun. Restaurant was good. Bell was fast and good service.

Noisy
The room I got was closed to another hotel where they had a party until midnight. So, I could not sleep because of the noisy karaoke song.

Not worth it
