My family of 4 stayed at the hotel during 14-16 Feb. Since I traveled with my 77 years old mom, I called the hotel requesting for a room with least walking distance and rooms close to each other. The hotel staff arranged our room perfectly on the 1st floor with easy access to the front desk. Once checked-in, I found the bathroom floor to be slippery for my mom, so I asked for extra anti-slippery floor mat to be placed on the floor. The staff brought in for us with big smiles on her face. That was so grateful in understanding and acknowledging guest' concerns.
Our stay was made perfect by these small requests.
The room is greatly decorated in a modern theme with big comfy bed. Location is great with short distance to the night bazaar and easy access to any where in Chiang Rai. Highly recommended for a small cozy hotel with attentive staff..
There is a pool curving around the building. Too bad, it was too cold to jump in..
