No Cleanliness

I had a very bad experience with the unit I was given.. the bedsheet was torn, it seemed no one changed / cleaned it because it was all dusty. I went to reception and rang bell but no one was there to help. I slept in another empty unit but with no aircon. I gave good stars for location because it's right next to 7-11. But I definitely won't be booking this one next time.

First time stay in capsule hostel
I think it’s quite nice. The staff take good care. Nice, clean & cozy. Good location.
