SATISFACTORY

Friends booked their rooms directly with the hotel and got both a better rate and complimentary breakfast. Go figure.
Had to move rooms after air conditioning failed during the night, staff swift to agree a move in the morning but uninterested in the inconvenience.
Staff are generally helpful but as other reviews note there are staff at the front desk who are not.
Can be noisy at night.
Overall, and after 8 nights there it was Ok

Overall Good
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Overall it's a good hotel, location is very good, close to the food, local shopping, and near to Patong walking street.

Ok room for the price
Bed is OK, maybe it could be a little softer. We didn't like that people smoked outside and the smoke came in to our room a few times.

run down and loud...HORRIBLE night
Shower almost no water, floor extremely slippery when at, loud all night long and in the morning.....wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy
