Did not honor my Agoda booking

Secret Garden did not honor my reservation when I arrived in the evening. Instead I was asked to walk 200m with my luggage to another hotel, which was by far not as nice as the hotel I booked. No compensation or apology was offered.

Nice beach location, good value
