Looks great........On paper

Some aspects were good, others disappointing. Great position on the beach. Attractive restaurant ambience. Quality of meals terrific prices at the top end. We had an unhappy welcome with a room delay.. , average room. No hot water for two days. Room cleaning par for the course. Wifi off the air most of our stay, not good. Rooms outside looked attractive, pool looked tired & shabby. Worst of all was the imperious attitude of the head waiter., did not make you feel welcome. He was doing you a favour. Spoiled the holiday feeling.
