Nice place, bit costly when incl bar and restaurant bill

Best value is the house with veranda and hangmack. Quiet beach at your doorstep (only need to cross the bar). Mastering the English language with reception and bar staff sometimes a small issue. Their friendliness compensated for it.

Barely any staff. No bell boy.

Ok for a short stay
Room was clean & spacious but basic Staff were friendly but not well informed on local area. Very convenient to get to the big Buddha pier & bar very good

lovely spot
Had a lovely stay but the first night. I can't warn potential visitors enough not to book cheapest room as they tend to be 6 feet from highway and very very noisy. Avoid bungalows 9-13.

Street noise and old bungalows
The resort is located next to the busiest roads in Samui. Was not able to get any sleep due to traffic noise. The wooden Bungalows are very old and lacking comfort.
