A convenient location
I enjoyed my stay at the Meridien suvarnambhumi Bkk golf n spa resort .
I appreciate the well trained staff in the resort . They are all so attentive to guests' needs n they do with care .
on my checkout day , One staff whose name is Suparla responded to my feedback on hot water not being available despite my alerting the front desk two days earlier .,She apologised but, within minutes , she came back to me to explain that it was repaired
Hot water is available in the shower with some adjustment to the water outkets between cold n hot . I suggested that proper instructions to this matter should be provided as this is not a common phenomenon .
She gladly agreed n will follow through .
Her prompt action exceeded my expectation n I thought I must commend her folr being very receptiveness to feedback n her prompt initiative to investigate n revert the customer .. Thank you to Suparla n all the staff at the hotel for your excellent customer service .
I look forward to return in my next stay ..
