Pleasant stay

Someone has rightly termed this place an oasis. It is located in the middle of a busy commercial cum residential area with all good connectivity. It offers beautiful ambiance (a well laid out garden and a small pool) and clean and comfortable rooms. The warmhearted treatment by the staff overcomes limitations of a narrow access road. They provided a golf cart to take our baggage in. The open channel flowing in front is a canal and NOT a drain, so no issues on that front either! Ms. Napapan - the hotel supervisor, and her staff were very friendly and helpful - they provided good guidance on places of interest in Bangkok as well as connections to Kanchanaburi and Ayuthaya; agreed to keep baggage in cloakroom (with a nominal charge) and helped in loading in the taxi on our way out - the supervisor herself coming to say good bye ! I was very pleased with the overall stay and would definitely consider Charlie's House as an option for my next visit.
