Not worth with the price.

Never trust fully with nice picture posted. The hotel was found at nowhere and sudden appear in the middle of the busy road. The vehicle is very sound is very loud you can listen clearly inside your room and smell gross inside the room as beside hotel is a big gutter. Small swimming pool and did not operated as well. Not suggested to other. With this price, you may find a lot of better hotel out there even near to patong beach as well.

Boutique hotel, nice staff
The hotel is not in the tourist spot area. But it is very convenient. Around the hotel area, there are many local street food shop, Sushi Vendor is recommended.

Nice place to stay but can't communicate
Sudden power failure in the middle of the night. But resumed promptly after I called the desk. Lady boss know more english. But the guy she hired can't speak English at all! Wanted help but helpless.
