Change of room without asking, but a refund

We booked a double room with balcony and got a dorm with bunk beds only for us (the reason was a broken aircon). We had no influence on this change because we only got a handwritten mail with this information on arrival and there was nobody to discuss it. The dorm was ok (althoug far away from sleeping in a double room with balcony), but bathroom smelt very bad. As a refund we were transported to the airport with a taxi by the owner, what was ok. He was very nice and helpful!

Good value in a great location

很舒服的民宿
就在普吉镇老街旁边，距离做双条车去芭东海滩的地方很近，500米远有一个小车站，可以买到去合艾，甲米，攀牙等南部城市的车票和坐车，男老板热情好客，连住了两晚很喜欢，就是窗户隔音不太好，夜里经过的摩托声音太大。 干净，有空调，阳台房还有个小小的阳台，非常可爱

バスターミナル1から徒歩で5分位。家族経営のゲストハウスです。オーナーの愛想がよく、いつも笑顔で対応してくれます。ただ、入り口から部屋に行くまでにオーナー家族の居間兼寝室を通る必要があり、夜間はちょっと気が引けます。最寄りのコンビニまで徒歩5分位です。アメニティなどはタオルのみでしたが、清潔な部屋でした。
