overall value for money

overall value for money... staff is friendly and helpful... our flight is reached chiang mai early we are allow to early checked in... thanks to the staffs... location of the hotel is consider cozy n quiet.... but walking distance to some spot... quite a distance to 711.... toilet a little bit leaking...
