Comfortable Stay at Cosy Cozytel

The rooms are decent sized and comes with a mini fridge as well. There is hot water in the shower and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. The staff were friendly, however, none of them bothered to help me with my big heavy suitcase when checking in or checking out. Would of been great if they assisted me.
