Quiet and Secluded within 5 mins walk to centre

Caught taxi from Chiang Rai airport, for around 100 baht.
It's located at the end of a lane off a lane, next to a field. Rooms are a good size with facilities. I extended my stay 1 night with no problems.
At night there is a secured gate and also a vehicle gate. Swipe cards are given to access and worked well. The common coffee and breakfast areas were clean and a good place to meet other guests.
I ended up booking a tour through the owner and found it really good. The guide was knowledgeable and I found it to be an interesting day that was good value (1000 Baht for around 10 hours).
I was going to Central Plaza one day and the owner was as well, so I got a ride there, which was helpful!
Will stay there again next time I'm in Chiang Rai.
